Monday 27th February Girls football mini world cup Round of 16 The girls football team arrived at the Gallagher stadium in good spirits after their recent league match win.  In total we played 4 group games and managed to qualify for the round of 16.  In the group games, the results were as follows - 0-0, 0-0, 0-0 and in our final game we won 1-0 (Doris with the goal).  In the round of 16 we game up against eventual winners Palace Wood, who were deserved winners in our match.  The Greenfields player of the tournament was Leah-Grace.
Thursday 9th March Girls football league match v Langley Park L 2-4 In our third league match of the season we played some great football and were unlucky to lose to a very good Langley team.  Unbelievably, we scored 3 own goals in this game!  Our 2 goals came from our player of the match Doris.
Thursday 23rd March Kent-Teach handball (LKS2) 3rd  Our LKS2 children really enjoyed the Kent-Teach handball competition.  They played really well and were so proud to finish 3rd overall!
Monday 27th March Netball semi-final v South Borough W 12-7 We travelled to South Borough for the cup semi-final.  We has already lost to South Borough in the league 7-0 so we knew it would be a tough game!  Team Greenfields played brilliantly as they ran out 12-7 winners.  It was a really close game - well done to both teams!
Tuesday 28th March Football league match v Oaks W 11-0 Our football team continued their great form with an 11-0 home win v Oaks.  This win keeps the team on track to potentially take their place in finals day.  The goals were scored by Oliver (4), Tommy (4), George (2) and Ollie.  Go Team Greenfields!
Thursday 30th March Kent-Teach netball (UKS2) =2nd in group So unlucky!  Win finished joint second in a REALLY tricky group and missed out on the semi-finals on goal difference.  The team gave everything and should be very proud of themselves!
Thursday 30th March Netball league match v Tiger W 18-0 After the Kent-Teach competition we played our next league match against Tiger.  The team were in a positive mood dispute just missing out on the semi-finals and played brilliantly to win the match 18-0!
