Learning the basic sponge recipe

We had a great time learning how to make a sponge recipe. We were able to follow the instructions in order to create a mixture suitable to be baked. Miss Jones, Mrs Simmonds and Mrs Randell were very impressed with our first attempt! We were able to take them home to be evaluated by our grown ups and siblings. They then rated the sponges on appearance, texture and taste.
