Maidstone Museum Trip

Silver Birch Trees had a great time at Maidstone Museum. First, we had a lesson about the mummification process and got to hold artefacts that were over 3000 years old! Afterwards, we made our own canopic jar out of clay- they were very impressive. After lunch we were able to explore the Museum's Egyptian exhibition before finally wandering around all of the exhibitions in the museum.
