Number and Place Value
Reception have done very well at ordering their numbers!
Reception have been practicing their counting
Willow Trees have been learning all about place value
Lime Trees worked really hard at representing numbers 11-20!
Sycamore Trees have been rounding to the nearest 10
Oak Trees have been counting in 5s. They did so well!
Palm Trees have been looking at Romans numerals
Elm Trees have been looking at negative numbers. Today, we had to estimate where our number would be on our number line, after only being given -15 and 15. We had to use our reasoning and problem solving skills so that we could all fit in. Apart from the tiny gap in the middle, they did REALLY well!
