Money - PSHE themed week

This term in PSHE, we will be exploring what an income is, how salaries differ and some jobs offer progression, as well as learning about outgoings, such as bills and mortgages, budgeting, different ways to save and being safe with money.

HTML - Computing

During Computing this term, we will be learning about HTML, focusing on what it is and learning how to use HTML to develop our own websites.

Natural Disasters - Geography

This term, we will be looking at natural disasters. We will be learning what a natural disaster is, what different types of natural disasters there are, what causes them, the impact they have and how this can be reduced and some natural disasters that have happened in the world.

Maya - History

During this Learning Experience, we will be learning about the Mayan empire. We will begin by looking at who the Maya were and where they lived. We will be comparing the Maya timeline with events from British history. We will explore how the Mayan civilisation was run, how they lived and their beliefs, before investigating the decline of Maya cities. At the end of the Learning Experience, we will invite parents in to experience some of our learning.
