Pencil Techniques
Today we were able to test our sketching pencils for the first time, we applied different pressure to see how it affected the tone of the particular pencil. Afterwards, we watched a great tutorial video which showed us the correct way to hold a pencil to create straight and curved lines. As well as this, we learnt how to create different shades depending on how we held the pencil. Finally, we learnt how to create outlines and edges. We then practised our new skills!!
